COVID-19 Update

To Our Patients and Friends at EMA,
At EMA our work together is personal and always with the health and well-being of all of us foremost on our minds, especially during these unprecedented times. Conversation that the doctors have had with some of you detected apprehension about resuming dental care because of the recent pandemic. Let me address those concerns since it does affect both you as well as us doctors and our staff. At EMA we have always met and continue to meet and surpass all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and (CDC) Centers for Disease Control standards to ensure total patient safety. We take every precaution to eliminate patient risk now and in the future with the new guidelines which we are currently implementing. Many of these changes will be evident at your future visits. Because of our meticulous handling of disease control, sterilization, and additional training of staff it will continue to be safe to come to EMA, our promise! Our administrative staff has been very busy reaching out to many of you, rescheduling literally hundreds of appointments for the coming months. For those patients in the middle of active care we are prioritizing your appointments and holding special times to reappoint, since many have been so affected. Please, we ask that you also help us with your reappointment needs in the following way. If you should have any symptoms of illness please delay your visit with us. We will be screening patients for any underlying medical issues prior to any visit at both of our office locations. Please contact our office through phone or email info@emadental.com if you have any questions or concerns. Regarding emails, we have realized that a number of patients do not have emails on file as their primary means of communication, preferring text-based communications. Therefore, many have not been receiving our weekly updates. For this reason, we have been texting those patients of an update and directing them to our website www.emadental.com where all of our weekly updates are posted. Please take a moment if you would like to add your email to your record by sending it to info@emadental.com. Finally, we take pride in our staff, state of the art facilities, operations, and will do everything in our power to be available for all of your dental needs both now and when normal operations resume this coming May.
