Dr. Vincent Mariano speaks with Western Mass News regarding dental office closures due to COVID-19. Watch his interview here
Dear Patients and Friends,
I hope everyone is staying well learning and adapting to our changing personal, family and work environments. I thought it important to update all of you on the office status and how we continue to be here for you and your dental health needs during this unprecedented time in our lives. I want you to know that we are continuously monitoring the current situation including state and national guidelines for emergency and urgent care. Our temporary clinical closure is acting on the epidemiological recommendations to “flatten the curve” and doing our professions part to remove the strain from the healthcare system, protect patients, and our entire health care team. Our offices both in East Longmeadow and Northampton continue to be staffed by our administrative teams to take your calls and reschedule necessary future appointments. We currently will remain closed for normal clinical operations until at least April 6, 2020. Emergency/urgent care is available on a limited basis mornings of Tuesdays and Thursdays. We have found however to reduce everybody’s exposure risk, our doctors are handling most concerns by phone successfully.
Procedures that are necessary and may be perceived as emergency cases:
