Dr. Lisa B. Emirzian, D.M.D.
Esthetic & Restorative Dentistry
Dr. Emirzian's dedication to esthetic dentistry has enhanced the quality of life for many of her patients. Dr. Emirzian earned her D.M.D. Degree at Tufts Dental School in Boston. She then joined her father, Dr. A.A. Emirzian, who practiced for more than 40 years in Springfield, MA. Her practice evolved from his, and eventually created the foundation for today's practice in East Longmeadow. Dr. Emirzian is one of the one hundred active members of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, an elite organization dedicated to promoting the integration of dental esthetics into the total spectrum of oral health care. She is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, and a member of the American Association of Women Dentists, American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society. She shares her special talents with colleagues by teaching and lecturing on esthetic dentistry and she also serves on the faculty at Tufts University as an Assistant Clinical Professor teaching students in the Advanced Esthetic Program.
Dr. Rebecca L. Cohen, D.M.D.

Rebecca L. Cohen, D.M.D., earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Connecticut in Pathobiology, where she was a member of the Gamma Sigma Delta Honor Society and a 1995 New England Scholar Award recipient. She went on to earn her D.M.D. from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston and became licensed to practice dentistry in the State of Massachusetts. Dr. Cohen comes to us after having practiced with her father, Allen L. Weiner, D.M.D., in his private dental practice in Medfield, Massachusetts. Dr. Cohen believes education coupled with open, honest communication in a comfortable environment are the keys to rewarding, long-lasting relationships with her patients. Dr. Cohen's current memberships include the American Dental Association, Valley District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and The Massachusetts Dental Society.
Dr. Renee M. Osofsky, D.M.D.

Renee M. Osofsky, D.M.D., was born and raised in Longmeadow MA. She received her Bachelor of Science from Tufts University in Economics, and continued to receive her D.M.D. from Tufts School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Osofsky worked for a teaching assistant program during dental school, in which she taught clinical skills to fellow students and interviewed Tufts Dental School applicants. To further her knowledge regarding full mouth reconstruction, Dr. Osofsky completed an elective honors program in Prosthodontics. Dr. Osofsky combines her passion for dentistry with a desire to give back to the community. She joined her first humanitarian mission in Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, a trip that provided dental care to hundreds of underprivileged civilians. She also volunteered outside of Boston at a clinic for patients with special needs, a population that often gets overlooked. Dr. Osofsky has returned to her hometown to join Dr. Lisa B. Emirzian and Dr. Vincent J. Mariano at Emirzian, Mariano & Associates. She believes that comprehensive dental treatment is rendered from compassion, communication, continuing education, and technical excellence.
Dr. Fernando Perez, D.M.D.

Dr Perez received his DMD Degree from the Advanced Standing program at Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston. His training included rotations at the Maxillofacial Oral Surgery Department at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Oral and Plastic Surgery at Boston Children's Hospital and Oral Pathology at Brigham and Women's Hospital. He previously obtained his DDS Degree in 1991 from the P. Javeriana University in Colombia. His dental experience includes working in private, public and academic settings, providing comprehensive dental care in Esthetics, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics and Oral surgery.
Dr Perez was appointed for several years as Faculty Clinical Instructor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterial Sciences at Harvard, Tufts and Boston Schools of Dental Medicine. He was also a Consultant Faculty in the Department of Surgery with the Lutheran Medical Center from New York, for their AEGD Residency Program.
Dr Perez was the Dental Director at the Holyoke Health Center for 7 years where he was given the challenge to develop one of the most successful Public Health Dental Projects in Western Massachusetts. This JCAHO and ADA accredited state-of-the-art facility provides comprehensive and specialized dental care to more than 16,000 underserved children and adults who otherwise would not have access to oral care. Dr Perez also actively participated in the creation of the Chicopee Health Center Dental Clinic that currently serves thousands of patients from that area of the Pioneer Valley.
Dr Perez is an active member of the American Dental Association, The Massachusetts Dental Society and The Valley District Dental Society.
