First Visit

Fran Cavagnac

Patient Relations Administrator

New Patient Coordinator

Our highly trained patient relations administrator will help make arrangements for your first visit with the dental provider that best suits your particular needs. Prior to your visit you will receive, by mail or email, a new patient brochure as well as medical and dental history forms.

Upon arrival to our office, you will meet our staff and doctors and begin the diagnostic process. We strongly believe that comprehensive dental care starts with a thorough initial examination visit, including necessary diagnostic treatment which may include radiographs (x-rays), impressions of your mouth, photos of your teeth and smile, and finally and most important, an in-depth discussion of your dental concerns, requests and specific needs.

Occasionally, treatment can be performed the same day as the initial examination and consultation. However, complex treatment planning will necessitate a second visit to allow your doctor to review, organize and develop a comprehensive treatment plan for you.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

  • X-rays from a previous dentist. You may request that they forward them to our office.
A list of your current medications.
  • If you have medical or dental insurance, bring the necessary card(s) and information. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 at the consultation visit.
